What information is required for booking?
  • Passenger’s cell phone number is required for pickup coordination.
  • Full details of flight or event schedule.
  • Any special requests (child seats, oversized luggage, entourages).

If information is incomplete, VIPRide cannot guarantee smooth service.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please read and verify all details. If you notice an error or need changes, call us immediately at 877-474-4847 (outside U.S. +1-202-495-1990).

Call 866-397-0010 within 15 minutes.

  • If no contact is made, chauffeurs may be released after 30 minutes, and the full fare will be charged.
  • Rates are estimates until the ride is complete.
  • Final charges may include: wait time, parking, tolls, surcharges, or extended travel.
  • Out-of-town trips are billed garage-to-garage.
  • A detailed, itemized receipt is provided after every ride.
  • Airport Sedans (U.S.): Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are fully chargeable.
  • Other Vehicles: Cancellation windows vary by vehicle type and service area.
  • Events & Charters: Cancellations made within 3 business days or less are subject to full charge.
  • Deposits: 50% required at booking; non-refundable after 3 days of signing.

VIPRide is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or mechanical issues. We work 24/7 to minimize disruptions.

  • Sickness (vomit): $250 per incident.
  • Trash removal: $250.
  • Drink spills: $100.
  • Broken/missing glassware: $20 per piece.
  • Excessive mess: Cleaning fees range from $50–$350.

Additional downtime fees may apply if the vehicle is taken out of service.

  • 🚭 No smoking in any vehicle — $100 cleaning fine applies.
  • 🍽️ No eating, unless pre-approved.
  • 🍾 Alcohol: Passengers 21+ only may consume alcohol. Minors with alcohol onboard = immediate termination without refund. Some trips may require a refundable alcohol deposit.
  • All quotes are based on the original itinerary
  • Overtime, added stops, or changes may increase the final cost.
  • Major changes must be made at least 3 business days in advance.
  • Repeated changes may incur a $20 processing fee each.
  • No refunds for vehicles released earlier than scheduled.

Service is not guaranteed on gravel, dirt, or unsafe roads. Final decision is at the chauffeur’s discretion.

Clients must arrange and cover a hotel room for the chauffeur.
