Terms of Use

Welcome to VIPRide International, LLC. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of vipride.com, our booking tools, and related chauffeur services (“Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

General & Eligibility
  • VIPRide connects Guests with premium professional chauffeur services.
  • You must be 18+ to book, unless a parent/guardian books for a 16–17-year-old and accepts full responsibility.
  • One account per person; accounts may not be shared or duplicated.
Reservations, Accuracy & Pickup
  • Review your booking confirmation and notify VIPRide immediately of any errors.
  • A valid passenger cell number must be provided for pickup coordination.
  • If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call 877-474-4847 within 15 minutes. If no contact is made, the chauffeur may be released after 30 minutes and the full fare charged.

Rates, Charges & Receipts
  • Quotes are estimates only; final charges may vary based on actual pickup/drop-off time, route, wait time, tolls, parking fees, surcharges, and taxes.
  • Out-of-town transfers may be billed garage-to-garage.
  • An itemized receipt will be issued after service.
  • You are responsible for damages or cleaning beyond normal wear (spills, sickness, broken items).
Cancellations & Changes
  • Airport Sedans (U.S. & International): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before local pickup time are fully chargeable.
  • Other vehicles (SUVs, vans, limousines, buses): Cancellation windows vary by vehicle and market; confirm at booking.
  • Time zone rule: All deadlines are calculated according to the local time at the pickup location, regardless of the Guest’s home time zone.
  • Inside 48 hours: Changes or cancellations must be made by phone or email (voicemails are not accepted).
  • Refunds, if any, are processed within 7 business days.
Payments & Credit Card Authorization
  • By booking, you authorize VIPRide to charge your selected payment method for confirmed reservations, including base fare, tolls, surcharges, wait time, stops, cleaning/damage fees, and taxes.
  • All payments are final once service begins. Refunds, if any, are subject to our cancellation policy.
  • If your primary card fails, you authorize use of a secondary method on file.
  • By providing payment details, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder and accept full responsibility for charges, including bookings made for others.
  • You agree to resolve billing disputes directly with VIPRide before initiating a chargeback.
  • VIPRide reserves the right to provide booking confirmations, chauffeur logs, GPS data, and communications as evidence in payment disputes.
  • Basic gratuities may be included; additional gratuities are optional.
Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
  • All content, logos, and materials on vipride.com are the property of VIPRide or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, scrape, modify, or interfere with our Services.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • VIPRide is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
  • VIPRide is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIPRide’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ride.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
  • Any dispute will be resolved by final, binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • Governing law: Federal Arbitration Act (FAA); otherwise, Arizona law applies
  • Venue: Arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, before a single arbitrator.
  • No class actions: All claims must be brought individually.
  • Small-claims option: Either party may bring eligible claims in Arizona small-claims court.
  • Both parties must attempt informal resolution before arbitration.
  • If a claim is deemed not arbitrable, it must be filed in state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Force Majeure

VIPRide is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, traffic disruptions, government actions, etc.). Obligations will resume as soon as practicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
